World leading timeshare claims firm ECC announces expansion and recruitment drive
Recruitment drive: Europe’s most experienced and successful timeshare claims company staffing up for expansion
History
European Consumer Claims (ECC) have been at the forefront of timeshare compensation claims since 2016. Working together with Europe’s foremost firm of timeshare lawyers, M1 Legal, they are currently managing a portfolio of over £100 million worth of claims, and have a 98.6% success rate against the timeshare companies they challenge over illegal contracts.
Multiple locations
ECC have offices in the UK, Spain and the USA. They are currently looking at expansion into Australia and New Zealand.
The main operation is an impressive suite of offices in the prestigious Miramar business tower in Mijas Costa, Southern Spain. It is here that ECC is currently ramping up staffing levels to cope with increased demand for their services
Opportunities available
“We are always on the lookout for confident, self motivated people to work in either Sales or Telemarketing,” says Andrew Cooper, CEO of ECC. “Also if you have a talent for Customer Service, or are skilled in IT we want to hear from you too.”
Great place to work
ECC prides itself on being an inclusive, supportive, exciting and fun place to work. “We have company outings, parties, competitions prizes and bonuses,” says Cooper. “Everyone gets on well together and there is a terrific team spirit. There is a great satisfaction that comes from knowing what you do for a living helps defend and protect the little guy against the immorality and greed of the timeshare industry. People here feel good about what they do, and that is an important factor in anyone’s chosen career.”
Career prospects
ECC promote from within, and focus on developing skills in their staff. “Anyone who wants to better themselves, and move up the corporate ladder is given all the help, support and guidance they need to do so,” says Andrew Cooper. “Every current manager and team leader across our organisation started with an entry level position.
“Some people might be only interested in staying at their current level because they have other commitments in their lives, and that’s fine. We accommodate people who want to work part time, for example. But for those people who want to rise within our ranks, the sky really is the limit.”
Easy to apply
Because of the sheer scale of ECC (they employ over 120 people and this is rising all the time) the roles are constantly updated. “We created a portal for people with the above skillsets to upload their CVs,” says Andrew Cooper.
“All people need to do if they are looking for work is go to www.ecc-eu.com/careers and upload their CV. If it looks appropriate for something we are currently recruiting for we will ask you in for an interview. Otherwise we will keep your CV on file and give you a call when the next opportunity comes up.”
Get in touch if you are ready for a new adventure
